Buyer Protection

Return Policy for Card Payments
In the event you have settled by card, the price of the purchased item(s) and wish to issue a return order within 3 days of receiving the item(s), the price of such returned item(s) shall be credited to your wallet on your Sanita AFH account within a period of one (1) week.
Return Policy for Cash Payments
In the event you have settled by cash the price of the purchased item(s) and wish to issue a return order within 3 days of receiving the item(s), the price of such returned item(s) shall be credited to your wallet on your Sanita AFH account within a period of one (1) week from the collection date and subject to the compliance of the returned item to the return conditions. You shall use the amount to execute other purchase(s) on the Site.
Return Policy for Promotional Items
Products purchased on sale, during a clearance or with a special offer cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Conditions
• Return requests should be made within 3 (three) days from receiving the item.
• Returns after 30 (thirty) days cannot be accepted.
• Item should be in the same condition you received it. If you use or damage it, it can no longer be returned.
• The item should not be tampered with and should not have missing serial numbers, otherwise it will no longer be qualified for a refund.
• Make sure the package has no missing items, including price tags, labels, original packing.
• The original package of any item should not be opened and should remain sealed.
Unreturnable Products
Sanitaservu.com has the right to process as it deems appropriate any items returned from the buyers, after a period of 30 days from the return date provided that the customer has been notified of the status of the return and in the event that the customer did not accept to receive the returned items. By agreeing to these Terms and conditions, you explicitly authorize Sanita AFH to dispose of and/or liquidate any undesired items without any objection and any liability to Sanita AFH.
Return Policy for Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
Order cancellation
Orders placed on the website can be cancelled within a period of 24 hours.
Coupon Code Terms & Conditions
• Code is valid for a one time use. The Code applies only to items purchased in a single order or as per provided by Sanitaservu.com
• Code is limited to one customer and account;
• Each promotional code is only valid for qualifying items;
• Code expires according to the date of expiry of the code;
• Code cannot be transferred and cannot be resold;

The Site does not guarantee that a buyer or seller completes a transaction or accepts the return of an item or makes any refund for the same.
